Bay
Pavilion Room: Up to 175 Sit-Down or 275 Reception Style.
Bay Bistro: Bi-Level Room with Deck and Bar - Up to 150 Sit-Down or
250 Reception Style.
Upper Level and Arcade: Determined on a Case-by-Case basis.
Outside on the Pier: 450 Sit-Down or 800 Reception Style (additional surcharges and requirements)
Entire Facility: 1,500 Reception Style with seating utilizing all four
areas.

Availability
and Terms
Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve each
room. Deposits are applied to the final cost of your event. Full payment is
due five business days prior to the date of your event.
